MJSF Inc. is a registered public benevolent institution.
All our services to victims of miscarriage of justice and/or their legal representatives are done at absolutely no charge. We completely depend on the charitable work done by our members and benefactors. We derive no income from any source other than donations. All donations are used entirely for the benefit of victims of miscarriage of justice. Currently all members and support staff are strictly on a voluntary basis. Proceeds from donations and case campaigns are used to pay for the legal and paralegal costs for the various cases we choose to take on board. It is estimated that there may be as many as 2,000 cases of serious miscarriages of justice in Australia each year. Your support is needed to help stop and correct these injustices. As the great Martin Luther King Jr. said “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”

Do you want to support somebody you know who is suffering from a miscarriage of justice? You can create your own Crowdfunding campaign through Miscarriage Of Justice Support Fund Inc. We are a Not For Profit public benevolent institution, unlike most other crowdfunding sites; administration and processing fees are thus kept to 5%, the absolute minimum required to be able to operate the platform. The only thing we demand is that the legal cases be legitimate and that the accused or wrongly incarcerated be innocent. Your donors will also benefit from our Taxation Office (ATO) deductible gift recipient (DGR) status and receive tax deductions for their donations.
